Training information
Regional courses are offered throughout the year and are frequently organized in collaboration with Resolution Video Inc., and the Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Video Association (LEVA).
These courses are generally open to anyone who would like to attend. A schedule of events may be viewed below or by visiting resvid.com or leva.org.
Private individual or group training may also be scheduled upon request and tailored to meet your specific requirements, equipment constraints, and level of experience.

Introduction to Audio Forensic Analysis

Introduction to Forensic Audio Analysis will introduce the fundamentals of audio, and the processing techniques for forensic audio clarification. This three-day hands-on workshop will cover sound fundamentals, forensic audio “Best practices,” common audio problems, and basic audio enhancement principles. Students will learn how to improve audio recording issues with software tools like Audacity, iZotope RX, Sound Forge, and Pro Tools. Attendees will also receive information on forensic audio reference resources as well as an overview of other enhancement tools currently available.
