Courses, workshops, and presentations are offered at college campuses, industry conferences, online webinars, continuing legal education events, police departments, and a variety of other government and private agencies throughout the United States and abroad.

Training information

Regional courses are offered throughout the year and are frequently organized in collaboration with Resolution Video Inc., and the Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Video Association (LEVA).

These courses are generally open to anyone who would like to attend. A schedule of events may be viewed below or by visiting resvid.com or leva.org.

Private individual or group training may also be scheduled upon request and tailored to meet your specific requirements, equipment constraints, and level of experience.

We are not affiliated with, any particular software solution. Best practices and techniques are taught in a way that can be applied to a variety of tools. Our impartial approach gives groups and individuals the opportunity to utilize whatever technology best meets their needs and budget.

Forensic Audio Fundamentals: Hear & How is a 5 day hands-on class that will introduce the principles of recorded sound, basic processing techniques, and best practices for working with, and clarifying digital audio. Students will learn through lecture and hands-on exercises, to identify, and address common audio issues using currently available software tools, including an in depth review of the iZotope RX software features and processes. Attendees will also receive information on forensic audio reference resources.
